You pay UGX 45,000 per month for up to 300 students. For every additional 100 students, we add UGX 40,000 to that month's bill. Your invoice is calculated from the active student count in your portal at the start of each billing period — no hidden tiers, no per-feature add-ons.
We count active students at the start of each billing period. Admissions and exits during the term don't trigger immediate re-charges — your bill only changes when the next cycle begins. If a school grows past 300, the next invoice automatically includes the extra UGX 40,000 blocks.
